Lenovo is looking for a highly skilled architect specialized in high performance computing and artificial intelligence. This position will be remote with EST hours and 50% travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive technical conversation with customers around HPC & AI
• Support the sales team for all technical aspects of the sales
• Develop technical documentation/writing
• Present technical papers at conferences/shows
• Understand customers’ challenges in adopting AI
• Position yourself as a trusted advisor to our customers
• Educate the extended team on HPC & AI
• Identify emerging industry markets
• Establish and maintain professional, working, and consultative relationships with clients
• Interface with our WW organization to identify our customer’s needs
• Ensure the timely and successful post-sales delivery of AI solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Travel to customer sites to present HPC & AI
• Present AI solutions in a professional manner to customers in-person, via email, and by phone

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Business or Information Technology or relevant technical field
• 8+ years of experience selling high tech, big-ticket products or solutions with a strong sales expertise in AI and HPC
• 10+ years of experience as a sales engineer or architect working with infrastructure and high compute solutions

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a sales engineer or architect working with infrastructure and high compute solutions
• 10+ years of experience selling high tech, big-ticket products with the responsibility to work with Executive stakeholders
• 5+ years of experience with HPC cluster design: CPU, accelerators, storage, high speed interconnect
• 5+ years of experience working as a key point of contact with both the customer and internal technical team
• Expertise in AI frameworks and designing AI solutions
• Expertise around GPU and FPGA accelerators
• Expertise using consultative solution selling and business development skills to align the customer's business needs with the solution
• Strong verbal communication skills with experience and comfortability presenting throughout all organizational levels
• Experience presenting to Executive and C-Level stakeholders
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to influence with tact
• Strong collaboration skills across internal teams, vendors, and delivery partners
• Experience recognizing internal teams, vendors, and delivery partners and sharing credit for work
• Strong documentation skills and ability to provide documents with clear timelines for completion
• Passionate self-starter and learner
• Bachelor of Science or higher in a technical field or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business or Information Technology

Benefits

• The anticipated annual compensation range for this position is 142,740–218,868 USD.
• Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations.
