[Hiring] Health System Sales Executive @Elsevier

Role Description

We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join Elsevier’s Patient Engagement and Care Plan team. Elsevier Patient Engagement provides tools to empower patients to take a role in their care and have demonstrated outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Achieving of new sales, including new logo acquisition, expansion sales (upsell), driving revenue growth of the portfolio in territory.
• Collaborating with other Clinical Solutions sales teams to develop proposals across the Clinical Solutions portfolio.
• Creating and executing on portfolio penetration plan in the territory.
• Negotiating and closing contracts for new sales.
• Prospecting regularly to build opportunity pipeline and win new business.

Qualifications

• Have a track record of success from healthcare sales with Electronic Health Record involvement.
• Ability to engage c suite healthcare executives and drive strategic discussions and partnerships.
• Experience with healthcare domains and workflows.
• Experience in new sales with a track record in similar environments.
• Experience selling technology solutions in B2B/healthcare environment with several decision makers.
• Have knowledge of regional or national healthcare groups, collaboration networks, and key leaders.
• Understand regulatory environment in healthcare.
