Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Health Insurance Agent to assist clients in the United States with understanding and enrolling in health insurance plans. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to guide customers through the insurance selection process while providing a high-quality customer experience.

The Health Insurance Agent will be responsible for:

• Identifying customer needs and explaining available insurance options.
• Addressing questions and supporting clients throughout the enrollment process.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, call center, BPO, or insurance-related roles.
• Previous experience selling health insurance, Medicare, ACA plans, or other insurance products is highly preferred.
• Experience working with U.S. customers is a plus.

• Advanced English level (B2/C1 preferred) to communicate effectively with U.S. customers.
• Strong reading comprehension for insurance documentation and customer information.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active U.S. Health Insurance License (depending on state requirements).
• Experience with ACA Marketplace, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, or private health insurance products.
• Familiarity with U.S. healthcare terminology and enrollment processes.
