Role Description

Good Living Health and Wellness is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join our team in our Texas Offices. The Outside Sales Representative will prospect for and sell products and services offered by our company to new customers.

The expectation for earnings ranges between $4,000 to $6,000 per month for low performers and $15,000 to $20,000 per month for high performers.

An Ideal Candidate would be someone that knows how to cold call, create a book of business, and maintain that book. The Company is filled with experienced health and wellness professionals who will train and support your early efforts.

The Company is offering commissions for the life of the client you sign up, and this is a commission-only position. Once the client is onboarded, you will enter into a maintenance/growth phase with the client and will receive commissions every month based on each client's revenue that you onboard, as long as you are contracted with the Company.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales or a related field of healthcare, beauty, health, or wellness, and excellent follow-up skills. He/she will be an expert communicator with success in educating customers, overcoming objections, and an ability to identify customer needs.

This is a 1099 sales position, so as long as there are no conflicts with your current employer, the Company does not have any non-competes. Applicants that currently have a book of business with med-spas, weight loss clinics, nutrition stores may add the Company's products to their offering to increase their current income.

Responsibilities:

• Client support and networking
  • Acquire and maintain a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
  • Communicate with customers and leads to identify and understand their needs.
  • Align value propositions with customer pain points to sell product/service.
  • Demonstrate the functions and uses of the products or services to customers.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through open discussion.
  • Respond to and fix issues that arise throughout the sales cycle.
  • Stay in constant contact with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
• Reporting
  • Maintain weekly reports of sales activities, including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any other issues.
  • Provide periodic territory sales forecasts as requested.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Five years of similar experience is preferred, but the company respects ambition
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proven organizational skills and demonstrable attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to function well in fast-paced environments
