Role Description

LimaCharlie is building the programmable infrastructure layer for modern cybersecurity operations. Rather than selling a closed, single-purpose security product, it gives MSSPs, MDRs, security product builders, and sophisticated enterprise teams the core components to collect security data, detect threats, investigate incidents, automate response, and run security operations with AI.

LimaCharlie is essentially “AWS for SecOps,”– they enable customers to build a differentiated security service on flexible, API-first infrastructure, rather than simply reselling another vendor’s SKU.

The company has established clear product-market fit with 200+ paying customers, virtually zero churn, and a concentrated core of long-tenured MSSP/MDR accounts that range from 6 to 7 figures in annual value.

With a strong technical platform, an increasingly timely AI thesis, and a crisp ICP, LimaCharlie is now positioned to build the focused outbound sales engine that can unlock its next phase of growth.

Qualifications

• Early-stage cybersecurity builder.
• MSSP/MDR commercial fluency.
• Credible, hands-on outbound seller.
• High-ownership player-coach.

Requirements

• A founding or foundational seller, first sales leader, or player-coach from a venture-backed cybersecurity, SecOps, security-infrastructure, MDR/MSSP, or adjacent technical-platform company.
• Understands multi-tenant service delivery, security-stack economics, client migration, analyst leverage, and how providers differentiate beyond reselling an incumbent vendor’s SKU.
• Has personally generated outbound pipelines and closed complex technical deals from scratch; can earn trust with CTOs, security leaders, architects, and technical operators without relying on automation or a Rolodex.
• Eager to build the sales playbook, carry a number, solve ground-level GTM problems, and scale the team only after personally proving the motion.
