[Hiring] Head of Revenue @Render Atlanta Conference.

Role Description

We are heading into our biggest growth years, and we are looking for the person who will own revenue across our entire family of products. This includes sponsorships, strategic partnerships, and the new revenue lines we haven't even built yet. You will report directly to the Founder, lead our sales team, and own our annual revenue targets. We don't just need a seller; we need a builder, a leader, and a closer who understands the intersection of culture and technology.

• Own the Number: Take full accountability for annual revenue targets across all four major event properties.
• Lead the Charge: Manage, mentor, and scale our existing sales team to hit ambitious growth metrics.
• Innovate Revenue: Design and execute net-new sponsorship packages and revenue streams that actually close—not just pretty decks that sit in a Google Drive.
• Bridge the Gap: Navigate the developer and builder ecosystem seamlessly, holding your own in a room with a CTO just as well as you pitch to a CMO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling live-event sponsorships, with documented proof of closing at least $4M in a single year.
• Established, warm relationships with brands that are actively spending money to sponsor and partner with top-tier tech events.
• You’ve built and led a sales team (even a small, scrappy one) and have the numbers to prove your impact as a manager.
• Deep knowledge of the tech, developer, and builder ecosystems across North America.
• Bonus: You’ve lived in the South and fundamentally understand why "the South is everywhere."
