ROLE SNAPSHOT —

• Pay: Base salary plus performance pay tied directly to new customers, active buyers, monthly product revenue and customer acquisition cost.
• Location/Schedule: Remote/ Full-Time
• Purpose: Grow revenue from Mercola’s existing supplements, new supplement launches and at-home lab tests through profitable customer acquisition, repeat purchasing and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience growing a direct-to-consumer health or supplement business.
• A demonstrated record of reducing customer acquisition cost while scaling customer volume.
• Experience managing performance agencies against business results.
• Direct accountability for acquisition and revenue outcomes.
• Documented results with specific numbers, including customers acquired, revenue growth, acquisition cost and repeat purchase performance.
• A hands-on commercial approach, sound economic judgment and willingness to take direction and adjust quickly.

Requirements

• Leadership experience at a direct-to-consumer health, wellness or subscription brand, or a supplement brand that scaled online.
• Experience launching supplements into an existing customer base.
• Experience selling diagnostics or at-home lab tests directly to consumers.
• Revenue generation through practitioner, clinic or fitness-facility partnerships.
• Experience operating in both US and UK markets.
