Role Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital (rCommerce) Onsite Lead to drive end-to-end delivery, Agile execution, and quality engineering across strategic digital commerce initiatives. This role serves as the primary liaison between Business, Product, Engineering, QA, Architecture, DevOps, and multiple vendor partners, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of customer-facing digital platforms. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate offshore delivery, manage stakeholder communications, drive release execution, and champion quality engineering and test automation practices. Strong expertise in Digital Commerce, Agile delivery, test automation, API testing, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices is essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall IT experience.
• 8–10 years of experience leading Digital/eCommerce delivery programs.
• Hands-on expertise in Playwright Automation Framework development using Python.
• Strong experience in Web UI Automation, API Testing, Microservices Testing, and Integration Testing.
• Solid knowledge of Python programming, automation framework design, and automation architecture.
• Experience with REST APIs, Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, API automation, and service virtualization.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, release management, sprint execution, and stakeholder governance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
