Role Description

Own high-touch, hyper-personalized cold outreach, combining deep prospect research with creative copywriting to generate qualified pipeline and meetings.

Location: Cape Town preferred | Remote | Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 UK time, with flexibility focused on output and task completion | Salary: R25,000–R27,000 per month plus revenue-based bonus & commission

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end bespoke cold outreach process.
• Send approximately 15–20 deeply researched, highly creative cold emails per month to key decision-makers.
• Conduct deep account intelligence and prospect research using the ‘Show Me Know Me’ framework.
• Discover unique personal hooks through detailed prospect research.
• Craft compelling cold email subject lines.
• Write persuasive cold email copy.
• Handle initial objections from prospects.
• Expand into personalized LinkedIn outreach as capacity allows.
• Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns as capacity allows.
• Create custom video messaging for sales outreach as capacity allows.
• Generate qualified pipeline and meetings through personalized outreach.

Qualifications

• Exceptional copywriting, scripting and short-form storytelling instincts.
• Strong research and account intelligence skills with the ability to uncover specific prospect insights.
• Deep understanding of high-touch, hyper-personalized cold outreach and the ‘Show Me Know Me’ methodology.
• Proven experience or comfort with LinkedIn outreach and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
• Ability to analyze prospect data and turn insights into high-converting email copy.
• Exceptional written English.
• High commitment to quality, bespoke outreach over cold calling or template-based mass emailing.
• Must pass a hands-on cold email copywriting assessment during the interview process.
• Desirable: Experience creating bespoke videos for sales outreach.
• Desirable: Familiarity with UK/global B2B buyer personas.
• Desirable: Exposure to CRM systems.
