Role Description

This role owns global revenue growth and is accountable for scaling the business with Rule of 40 discipline—balancing growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Own Global Revenue Performance
• Drive revenue across the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific regions, leading a distributed sales team.
• Lead Through Direct Engagement
• Participate actively in customer meetings, co-sell with strategic partners, coach sales representatives, and close enterprise deals personally.
• Scale the Sales Organization
• Recruit, develop, and expand the global sales team in alignment with business growth objectives.
• Drive Strategic Partnerships
• Collaborate closely with partners to execute joint go-to-market strategies.
• Maintain Operational Rigor
• Deliver accurate forecasts, manage pipeline with discipline, and drive sustainable growth aligned to Rule of 40 performance metrics.
• Set Organizational Standards
• Establish a culture of urgency, accountability, and mutual respect across customer and internal relationships.
