Role Description
The Global Account Manager sells TTM Technologies products and maintains relationships as the primary contact with assigned existing key global/international accounts. These accounts are key, highly strategic, and have complex requirements. Primary responsibilities include:

Expanding and developing these accounts

Providing customer service and pursuing new business within the account

Developing and maintaining relationships with global C&C accounts

Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and increased annual sales

Managing significant key partner relationships

Participating in customer business reviews, negotiations, and daily support
-
Communicating customer initiatives, requests, capacity, and technology requirements back to TTM management
This is a full-time position requiring global travel with varying hours to support North America, Europe, and Asia.
Duties and Responsibilities

Fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction

Follow up on open quotes and business opportunities

Monitor performance levels of TTM and drive improvements

Work with TTM C&C support teams on negotiation spreadsheets and QBR preparations

Provide guidance and support at different TTM regional sites

Participate in negotiations and QBRs at customer sites
-
Present to customers and TTM management as needed
-
Initiate, recommend, and provide solutions to customers
-
Provide communications and guidance to TTM divisions globally
-
Work with various departments to provide solutions and closure on business issues

Provide quarterly updates regarding C&C controlled business

Support any special projects or programs assigned by TTM management

Written correspondence to customers and TTM employees as needed
Essential Knowledge and Skills

Promote high levels of customer satisfaction and revenue growth

Maintain knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems

Knowledge of Printed Circuit processing and material technology

Ability to read, write, and understand English

Good communication skills, including written, oral, and interpersonal skills

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Computer skills with knowledge of Windows Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Understand technical needs and create strategies to support customer requirements

Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with a high volume of workload
-
Available for travel (25% to 50%) and extended stays away from home

Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident due to EAR requirements
Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree plus experience in sales preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience

Compensation range: $156,102 - $274,525

Additional compensation may include an annual or quarterly company bonus
