Role Description

As an Online Sales Consultant, you'll own the full B2C sales cycle for German-speaking learners, turning inbound interest into long-term educational journeys.

• Own the end-to-end B2C sales process, conducting engaging online consultations to guide prospective students and close sales to meet monthly targets.
• Manage and nurture your sales pipeline, converting inbound leads, follow-ups, and past contacts into active enrollments.
• Conduct dedicated after-sales outreach to drive contract renewals and generate student referrals.
• Maintain an accurate, up-to-date CRM to track leads, pipeline health, and monthly performance.
• Collaborate closely with the Service Team to ensure seamless student handovers and high ongoing satisfaction.
• Report regularly on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to the Sales Manager and Center Director.

Qualifications

• Native or C1/C2 level German and good working proficiency in English.
• Proven track record in B2C sales managing the complete cycle from lead generation to deal closing, ideally in a remote or online environment.
• Strong consultative mindset with the ability to build trust and demonstrate charisma on camera and phone.
• Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office tools, and digital platforms for lead engagement.
• Ability to work remotely from Germany.
• Background or degree in business, marketing, language teaching, hospitality, or service-oriented sectors is a plus.
