Role Description

This is a remote position.

We are actively looking to hire four dedicated & experienced Sales Development Representatives (SDR’s) to build the outbound motion from first principles:

• Figure out which ICP converts.
• Determine what messaging converts leads into clients.
• Identify objections in the market and work as a team to address them.
• Turn all findings into a documented playbook.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outbound B2B SaaS sales experience selling into the US market.
• Average deal size of $2500+/month, with call recordings and funnel numbers to prove it.
• Immaculate English, spoken and written, near-native fluency.
• Evidence of building, not just running: a territory you opened, messaging you wrote, a process you created that others used.
• Experience handling mid-market deals with multiple stakeholders.
• Structured and self-directed.
• Comfortable with technical products and sales AI workflows.

• Compensation: ₹18,00,000 fixed base. On-target earnings above ₹25 lakh (with a bridge during RAMP period).
