Duties & Responsibilities

• Generate and convert new business opportunities
• List, market, and sell properties
• Conduct valuations and market analyses
• Manage buyer and seller relationships
• Negotiate and conclude property transactions
• Build and maintain a strong referral network
• Achieve agreed sales targets
• Represent the Northpoint brand professionally

Qualifications

• Full Status Property Practitioner
• NQF4 qualification completed
• Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC)
• Proven real estate sales experience
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Self-disciplined and results-driven
• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence
• Laptop and internet access
• Ability to work independently
• 1+ years' experience in residential and/or commercial property sales
• Established network and client base
• Consistent sales track record
• Strong local market knowledge
