Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach via phone and video to prospective clients.
• Build strong rapport and trust with clients, even without in-person interaction.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate life and health insurance solutions.
• Manage your sales pipeline from initial contact through to closing.
• Clearly and effectively communicate product benefits and policy details across phone, video, and written channels.
• Navigate and utilize CRM systems to track leads, manage opportunities, and document interactions.
• Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States.
• To be 18 years of age or older.
• A mobile device with cellular data and reliable home internet access.
• A valid Life and Health Insurance license.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust over virtual channels.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client engagement.
• Strong pipeline management and organizational skills to handle the full sales cycle.
• Self-discipline and a proactive approach to managing your workload and achieving goals.

Requirements

• This is a commission-only role with significant earning potential.
• Experienced professionals can expect to earn between $75,000 and $150,000 annually, based on performance and successful deal closures.
• Your success directly translates into your income.
