Role Description

Executive / AM – Technical Sales (3 Positions)

• Locations:
  • Vadodara – 1 Position
  • Bangalore (Electronic City) – 2 Positions
• Experience: 1 to 6 years in technical sales
• Education: B.E / B. Tech in
  • Electrical & Electronics
  • Electronics
  • Electrical
  • Mechatronics
• Skills:
  • Good communication skills
  • Technical skills
  • Selling skills (value selling, solution selling, etc.)
• Customer Handling:
  • Should have handled 30+ customers (both OE & end users)
  • Business volume of 50 lakh to 2 crs
• Sales Experience:
  • Direct sales experience (from generating leads to payment collections)
  • Handling sales through dealer/Sub dealer or Channel partners is not suitable
• Preferred Experience:
  • Selling industrial automation products (motors, geared motors, gear boxes, VFD)
  • Other industrial/engineering products are acceptable, but not from DG/Transformers/Switch gears industry

Qualifications

• B.E / B. Tech in Electrical & Electronics, Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics
• 1 to 6 years of experience in technical sales

Requirements

• Good communication and technical skills
• Experience in value selling and solution selling
• Direct sales experience with customer interaction
• Experience in handling 30+ customers with significant business volume
• Preferred experience in selling industrial automation products
