Role Description

Work from home and plan your own week. Most of your time is scheduled phone or video conversations with people who have asked about life insurance, so you know what each day holds.

• Help clients understand their options and apply.
• No prior experience is needed; training, coaching, and help getting licensed are provided.
• This is a remote role for people who live in Kentucky.
• Meet clients by phone and video.

Qualifications

• Live in Kentucky.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Clear communication and a willingness to learn.
• Able to stay organized and manage your daily activity.
• Comfortable working independently, with support.
• Willing to get a Kentucky life and health insurance license (we'll help).

Requirements

• You'll need a Kentucky resident life and health insurance license before you can work with clients.
• You don't need it to apply; we'll guide you through the pre-licensing course and the state exam.

Compensation

• This is a 1099 independent contractor role, paid 100% on commission from completed sales.
• There is no base salary.
• The pay range is $75,000 to $120,000 a year, all commission.
• Earnings depend on your activity, consistency, and results, and are not guaranteed.

• State licensing costs, where they apply, are paid directly to the state licensing authority.
