As an Insurance Agent at Evercrest Financial, you will conduct virtual, consultative sales by running pre-qualified appointments to help clients find the right insurance solutions. Your day-to-day involves:

• Engaging with pre-qualified leads via phone and video conferencing.
• Conducting thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements.
• Presenting and demonstrating insurance products effectively, highlighting key benefits.
• Addressing client questions and overcoming objections with confidence and clarity.
• Managing your sales pipeline from initial contact to closing the deal.
• Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales progress.
• Collaborating with team members to share best practices and drive collective success.

Qualifications

• Authorization to Work in the United States
• Must be 18 or Older
• Access to a Mobile Device
• Access to Cellular Data
• Reliable Home Internet
• An active insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly over virtual channels.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage a sales pipeline.

Benefits

This role offers a commission-only structure, providing significant earning potential tied directly to your performance. Successful agents can expect to earn between $5,000 and $35,000 monthly, with ample opportunity for growth and increased income as you develop your skills and client base.
