What You'll Do:

• Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and phone.
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits.
• Provide personalized recommendations based on each client's needs.
• Guide clients through the enrollment process.
• Review existing policies and assist with beneficiary updates and policy changes.
• Support clients throughout the application and claims process.
• Build long-term client relationships through trust, communication, and exceptional service.
• Participate in ongoing coaching, leadership development, and professional training.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and organized.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and reliable high-speed internet.
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, education, military, administrative, or sales experience is welcomed but not required.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace.
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings.
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
