Role Description

In this role, you'll meet virtually with individuals and families who have requested information about available benefits. You'll:

• Answer questions and help clients understand their options
• Guide eligible clients through enrollment
• Provide continued service after coverage is established

No previous insurance experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be physically located within the United States
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Have access to a reliable computer or laptop
• Maintain reliable high-speed internet
• Have webcam and microphone capability
• Maintain a quiet, professional workspace
• Be comfortable communicating with clients through Zoom and phone
• Be willing to complete required training
• Be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
