Role Description

Are you a Phenomenal seller with a passion for technology and digital transformation? We are looking for an energetic Enterprise Sales Executive to join our growing International team in EMEA!

This is a chance to put your fingerprint on one of the fastest-growing HR Software companies in Europe and leverage existing relationships to drive strategy and revenue. We’re looking for a highly motivated and curious individual! You will manage a $1 million dollar+ pipeline, develop a target account strategy, and acquire new customers while utilizing a solutions-based sales process. Be prepared to uncover business pains, articulate ROI, and deliver customized product demonstrations to help prospects understand the importance of embracing the digital revolution and e-commerce style of candidate engagement.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the EMEA region
• Identify and develop relationships with key decision makers in target accounts
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Prepare and deliver presentations to prospects and customers
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity
• Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams
• Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales, preferable in the enterprise software industry
• Proven track record of success in sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the EMEA market and customer base
• Fluency in English
• Ability to travel as needed
