Role Description
The Northern California Enterprise Sales Director is a key leadership role within HPE Networking, responsible for leading a high-performing team of sellers focused on driving growth across large enterprise accounts (outside of the Fortune 250) and strategic Neocloud customers. This leader will develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, build strong customer and partner relationships, and guide the team in identifying, developing, and closing opportunities that accelerate HPE Networkingβs market share and revenue growth throughout the region.
This role requires a sales leader who can inspire and develop talent, drive disciplined pipeline management, and engage directly with senior customer executives to position HPE Networking's portfolio of networking, AI infrastructure, and cloud solutions to solve complex business and technology challenges.
Qualifications

Directly related management experience and work results including success in achieving progressively higher quota or other sales related goals.

Demonstrated level of project management skills.

University or Bachelor's degree.

Typically 7+ years experience in sales.
