Role Description

In a typical day as an Enterprise Account Manager, you would:

• Identify new accounts, products and business potentials.
• Be responsible for turnover and margins as well as establish and maintain account plans to promote sales growth.
• Establish proactively strong professional relationships and credibility with key IT and business executives in the corporate account.
• Identify key performers and develop a succession plan to ensure individual and group excellence; manage performance and results of high and low performers.
• Build an effective business case reflecting the value of an appropriate strategy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of account management experience.
• Experience managing Canadian Federal Government Accounts.
• Strong IT sales (Data center) background.
• Holding a university degree; advanced university or MBA.
• Good at partnering, innovating, and making things happen; aligned to core values.
• Knowledgeable of the strengths and weaknesses of key competitors’ accounts and leverage this knowledge in the account's favor.
• Able to work independently on creating a pipeline and driving the sales process up to the closure of the deal.
• Able to develop good relationships with customers and partners.
• Excellent in verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation.
