[Hiring] Enterprise Account Executive @RHONDOS Inc

Role Description

We are hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to own our East territory across the US and Canada. You'll take over a large base of existing PowerConnect customers and a healthy pipeline, then grow both: renewing and expanding the installed base while closing new enterprise logos.

This is an individual contributor role for an enterprise seller who wants to own a number, run complex deals end to end, and grow at the intersection of SAP, security, and observability.

What You'll Own

• The full sales cycle, from generating the lead to running the POC, negotiating with procurement, and closing the contract
• Renewals and expansion across an established installed base of PowerConnect customers
• Co-selling with Splunk, Cisco, Dynatrace, and Elastic field teams, including joint account planning and deal registration
• Coordinating partners, Sales Engineering, and Delivery so the customer gets one cohesive solution
• Clean pipeline and forecasting in HubSpot
• Partner enablement: helping partner sellers understand where PowerConnect fits and how to qualify it
• Representing RHONDOS at SAP, security, observability, and partner events in the region
• Travel across the territory as needed

How Success Is Measured

• Hit quarterly and annual bookings targets
• Keep pipeline at 3x+ quota coverage
• Close renewals on time and at full value
• Expand within the installed base
• Keep HubSpot accurate and forecast-ready
• Co-sell actively with partners and run partner enablements

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of B2B quota-carrying sales experience with a track record of attainment
• Experience selling software to IT, security, or operations buyers
• Has run a full sales cycle, from prospecting through procurement and close
• Disciplined CRM use (HubSpot or equivalent)
• Confident communicating with directors and VPs
• Based in, and authorized to work in, the US or Canada (East territory)

Bonus Points

• Experience in SAP, cybersecurity, or observability
• Familiarity with Splunk, Dynatrace, or Elastic
• Partner co-sell experience
• Experience running enterprise POCs
• Background at a startup or high-growth company
