Role Description
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will work with our incredible sales team to build business with some of the best marketers and companies in the world. This role is squarely focused on the top end of the market, organizations generating $500M+ in annual revenue and sitting firmly within Dash Social's ideal customer profile. You'll be the person enterprise marketing leaders turn to when they need a social intelligence and workflow platform that can operate at the scale, complexity, and speed their brand demands.
Responsibilities
-
Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative outreach and follow-up communications designed to move leads through the sales funnel.
-
Run discovery, demo, and training calls with prospective customers over the phone, video, or occasionally in person.
-
Work within our sales team to close leading global luxury, apparel, consumer electronics, media, beauty, food and publishing brands, organizations with $500M+ in revenue that represent Dash Social's core ICP.
-
Own larger, enterprise bids through every stage of the sales process to completion, including multi-stakeholder evaluations, security and procurement reviews, and complex contract negotiations.
-
Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise-level opportunities, accurately forecasting revenue and prioritizing deals based on strategic value and likelihood to close.
-
Develop deep, multi-threaded relationships across marketing, social, and brand teams within target accounts, positioning Dash Social as a strategic partner rather than a vendor.
-
Assume a passive leadership role with Account Executives, guiding them through complex, high-value deals and sharing enterprise sales best practices.
-
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to tailor pitches, pricing, and onboarding plans to the needs of large, sophisticated organizations.
-
Stay current on industry trends, competitive positioning, and the evolving needs of enterprise marketing teams to speak credibly to prospects' business challenges.
-
Achieve monthly and quarterly Enterprise Account Executive sales quotas.
-
Review and qualify inbound leads, ensuring they align with Dash Social's enterprise ICP.
-
Manage CRM (HubSpot) and sales pipeline with a high standard of data hygiene and forecasting accuracy.
-
Represent Dash Social at industry events, conferences, and client meetings as needed.
Qualifications
-
You want the challenge and opportunity to sell a leading product in a rapidly growing market, with a focus on the enterprise segment.
-
4+ years of experience in a similar quota-carrying role, ideally with exposure to enterprise or complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
-
Proven track record of engaging and closing large, sophisticated organizations. Experience selling into $250M+ revenue brands is a strong asset.
-
You can't be afraid to take on challenges you don't understand, and you need to have the confidence to figure it out.
-
Must be hyper-organized, with the ability to manage multiple complex, long-cycle deals simultaneously without losing momentum.
-
You will require equal parts diligence and creativity, with the ideal candidate excelling at both. Things move pretty fast over here.
-
You need to be able to have the confidence and intelligence to see eye-to-eye with some of the smartest marketers in the land, including senior stakeholders at globally recognized brands.
-
Strong command of consultative and value-based selling techniques, with the ability to navigate procurement, legal, and security processes typical of enterprise deals.
-
Comfortable building business cases and ROI narratives that resonate with senior marketing and executive decision-makers.
-
Describes you: humble, brash, focused, analytical, creative.
