[Hiring] Enterprise Account Executive @Adapts

Role Description

We are looking for a passionate Enterprise Account Executive to bring Adapts' AI solutions to the world. You will be a part of realizing a vision where every software engineering team can maintain code.

In this role you will:

• Prospect, close, and grow new business.
• Rigorously forecast and track pipeline metrics.
• Serve as a trusted advisor who uncovers a prospect’s maintenance pain before prescribing the Adapts solution.
• Take the lead in prospecting and closing new accounts by positioning our groundbreaking solution through a value-driven sales approach.
• Clearly articulate the business impact to key decision-makers across the organization.

This role will be located remotely (based out of India) but the candidate would need to be around one of the major cities like Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai or Chennai.

Qualifications

• 5+ years field experience of enterprise sales with quota-carrying experience.
• Familiarity selling products in DevOps or Developer Tools space or Application modernization projects.
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in high-growth environments.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Self-starter attitude with a high level of drive and accountability.
• Demonstrated ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.

• Build and manage a strong pipeline - actively prospect, qualify, and nurture high-potential leads.
• Engage decisively with inbound inquiries, gathering insights and reaching key decision-makers.
• Foster meaningful relationships that lead to long-term partnerships and new opportunities.
• Partner across teams, including Customer Success and Professional Services, to ensure client satisfaction.
• Orchestrate customer journeys by connecting prospects with the right internal and external experts.
• Know the product inside-out and deliver messaging that resonates with target audiences.
• Optimize and innovate - improve sales strategies, tools, and materials for greater impact.
