[Hiring] Elevate Regional Business Manager @Amrize

Role Description

The Regional Business Manager (RBM) will lead the division’s revenue, market share, and profit growth for the East region for Elevate Commercial Roofing Systems, a division under Amrize. The RBM is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic sales plans, goals, and incentives to foster a strong sales force that will consist of independent sales representatives within the East region, covering key markets in the New England and Maryland and surrounding states, and promoting Elevate’s low-slope roofing product line including:

• EPDM
• TPO
• PVC
• Asphalt
• Metal
• Insulation
• Accessories

The RBM will work closely with the Senior Director of Sales, the Vice President of Sales, and other key Elevate and Amrize personnel to reach annual revenue, square foot, and contribution margin goals. This individual will work with the independent sales representatives to assess local sales channels by monitoring contractors, services, pricing, competitors, and market positioning.

The RBM will:

• Provide sales call assistance when necessary.
• Assist with drafting and implementing a business development plan for each territory.
• Ensure that independent sales reps have resources (data, support, etc.), skills, and training (in oral and written presentations and technical skills) to succeed.
• Participate/attend all appropriate management meetings and conduct regularly scheduled regional sales meetings.
• Actively participate in the closure of large jobs and the conversion of large customers to Elevate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or 8 years of relevant sales experience preferably in the commercial roofing industry.
• At least 5 years management or leadership experience.
• A motivated self-starter.

Requirements

• Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators.
• Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
