Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Account Manager with strong hands-on experience managing Amazon US. This role will take ownership of day-to-day Amazon account management, marketplace performance, sales growth, campaign execution, product listings, inventory coordination, and performance analysis. Hands-on Amazon US experience is a must.

Experience managing other e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop is highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage.

The successful candidate should be comfortable working independently, making data-driven decisions, identifying opportunities, solving marketplace issues, and taking ownership of account performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on e-commerce experience, with strong exposure to the US market.
• Proven experience directly managing Amazon US.
• Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
• Experience managing Amazon product listings, catalog issues, inventory, promotions, and account performance.
• Experience working with Amazon FBA.
• Good understanding of Amazon advertising and key metrics such as ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, conversion rate, Buy Box, and account health.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate marketplace data into actions.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Ability to independently manage priorities, troubleshoot marketplace issues, and take ownership of results.
• Strong English communication skills and experience working with international or US-based stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience with one or more of the following: Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Amazon Brand Registry, A+ Content, Amazon flat files and catalog management, Amazon PPC, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, Google Analytics, SEO / SEM, CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Experience managing multiple Amazon brands, accounts, marketplaces, or a portfolio of ASINs is also highly desirable.
