[Hiring] Distribution Account Manager @Fieldpiece Instruments

Role Description

We're looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Distribution Account Manager to establish and grow our business across Central Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (CEMEA). This is a 100% remote, field-based position open to candidates residing in the United Kingdom, Netherlands, or Germany, with approximately 60% international travel.

This is an exciting opportunity to be the first dedicated sales professional in a developing territory, building on the strength of an established brand while creating new opportunities for growth. We're looking for someone who loves the hunt—opening doors, developing new distributor relationships, identifying untapped markets, and winning business.

This is a highly autonomous, hands-on individual contributor role with direct responsibility for territory development and sales results. What You'll Do

• Develop and execute sales strategies across diverse international markets in Central Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
• Own territory revenue, forecasting, and sales performance.
• Prospect and secure new distributor accounts and build a strong pipeline.
• Drive distributor engagement, product awareness, and sell-through.
• Develop relationships with HVACR contractors, technicians, and end users to generate demand.
• Represent Fieldpiece at international industry events and trade shows.
• Share market insights and collaborate with internal teams to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Significant B2B sales experience with a proven track record in selling for a manufacturer through wholesale or two-step distribution.
• Demonstrated success hunting for new business, opening accounts, and developing new markets or territories in Central Europe, Middle East and/or Africa.
• Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and comfortable owning a large, geographically diverse territory independently.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Professional fluency in English and additional languages such as German, Dutch, French, or Arabic.
• Residence in the United Kingdom, Netherlands, or Germany.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally approximately 60%.

Strongly Preferred

• HVACR industry experience, ideally with professional tools, test instruments, or equipment.
• Established knowledge of HVACR distributors, contractors, and technicians within Central Europe, the Middle East, or Africa.
• Bachelor’s degree.
