Role Description

Lead a sales organization responsible for driving NeoCloud revenue growth and margin performance across strategic customer accounts. This role is accountable for developing and executing market and account strategies, expanding customer relationships, and creating new business opportunities that contribute to overall business growth. The successful candidate will build, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team while fostering strong partnerships across customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. Main Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account and market growth strategies that increase NeoCloud revenue, profitability, and customer engagement within strategic accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and expand existing business.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team by setting objectives, providing guidance, driving accountability, and supporting career development.
• Develop and maintain account plans, financial forecasts, and pipeline strategies to ensure forecast accuracy and achievement of sales objectives.
• Execute sales initiatives including sector strategies, territory planning, resource alignment, and go-to-market execution.
• Oversee key sales management processes, including opportunity management, forecasting, sales performance, customer planning, and sales enablement activities.
• Manage business performance to achieve revenue, margin, and expense objectives while identifying corrective actions when needed.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, adaptability, and customer focus that aligns with company values and business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 8+ years of relevant sales and sales leadership experience with similar essential duties.
• Demonstrated experience leading sales teams and achieving revenue growth objectives.
• Experience in strategic account planning, forecasting, contract negotiations, and business development.
• Strong consultative selling and account management skills, including customer needs analysis and opportunity development.
• Proven ability to develop, coach, and motivate high-performing sales professionals.
• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or related graduate degree.
• 10+ years of telecommunications, technology, cloud, or related sales leadership experience.
• Experience developing and executing territory, sector, and growth strategies.
• Strong financial and business acumen, including forecasting and performance management.
• Experience managing strategic or enterprise-level customer relationships.
• Experience working with partner ecosystems and complementary technology providers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Experience leading teams through organizational growth and change.

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

• $139,166 - $185,552 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, WY
• $146,128 - $194,837 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, RI
• $153,089 - $204,112 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, WA
