[Hiring] Director of Strategic Growth & Sales @NIVA Health

Role Description

Own cash revenue growth across our wellness clinics.

• Lead our Wellness Growth & Sales team.
• Improve conversion and build sales accountability.
• Work with Marketing and clinic leadership to turn opportunities into revenue.
• Create new cash-pay offers, packages or campaigns.
• Improve conversion and average patient value.
• Reactivate former patients.
• Increase repeat and referral revenue.
• Find opportunities in unused clinic/provider capacity.
• Launch new wellness services or markets.
• Test ideas and scale what works.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales, growth or revenue leadership, ideally in healthcare, consumer health or another patient-facing environment.
• Personally owned a meaningful revenue target.
• Built and coached a high-performing sales/enrollment team.
• Strong CRM and funnel management experience.
• A track record of improving conversion and revenue.
• Experience with cash-pay healthcare or direct-to-consumer campaigns (strong plus).
• The commercial instinct to look at a clinic and immediately see opportunities.
• The ability to work effectively with providers, Marketing and Operations.

Requirements

• Understand the basics of payer-driven patient volume, clinic economics and how insurance and cash services work together.
