Transform the AECO Industry as Director of Strategic Accounts, Americas. Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire the Americas Strategic Accounts team to consistently exceed ambitious revenue and growth targets.
• Orchestrate agile, cross-functional Account Team Pods to align account-based marketing, sales development, customer success, and solution engineering into unified execution units.
• Establish and nurture trusted advisor relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers across the AECO sector.
• Champion cutting-edge SaaS, AI integrations, and digital transformation initiatives to expand Trimble's footprint across high-potential enterprise accounts.
• Foster cross-organizational collaboration across diverse Trimble business units to deliver cohesive, end-to-end technology solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive sales leadership and strategic enterprise account management experience within enterprise SaaS or complex software environments.
• Demonstrated success establishing, managing, and optimizing multi-disciplinary Account Team Pod models in a matrixed enterprise structure.
• Proven track record of executing modern Go-To-Market strategies, driving multi-product adoption, and delivering sustained revenue growth.
• Exceptional executive presence, negotiation abilities, and communication skills with extensive C-suite relationship experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Bonus Points For

• Deep domain knowledge or direct experience within the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Owner (AECO) industry.
• Working familiarity with advanced AI technologies, digital workflows, and modern SaaS metrics.
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent advanced degree.

Compensation

• Salary Range: $140,000 - $196,000 + 40% Commission
• Hiring Range: $138,900.00–$196,100.00
• Pay Rate Type: Salary
• Bonus Eligible: No
• Commission Eligible: Yes
