[Hiring] Director National Accounts @Rimkus

Role Description

As Director National Accounts, you will play a central role in expanding strategic client relationships and driving growth across key enterprise accounts. This role is focused on shaping account strategy, strengthening long-term partnerships, and working across internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs while supporting broader business objectives.

• Lead national account strategy to grow revenue across key enterprise clients.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with major accounts and channel partners.
• Negotiate complex commercial agreements and oversee contract renewals and pricing.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions and resolve escalations.
• Analyze account performance, pipeline trends, and market opportunities to inform strategy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in national account management, sales leadership, or strategic partnerships.
• Proven success negotiating complex contracts with enterprise or multi-site clients and influencing senior client stakeholders.
• Strong experience analyzing revenue trends, account profitability, and broader pipeline performance to support strategic decision-making.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across sales, operations, and client service.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, forecasting or reporting tools, and contract management platforms.
• Solid experience with strategic account planning, enterprise sales processes, or structured forecasting.
