What will you do?

• Help newly engaged couples find their perfect resort, wedding package, and venue that fits their budget and style.
• Provide a service that ensures couples have the wedding of their dreams.
• Be the first point of contact, suggesting wedding resorts in a consultative, caring, and curated approach.
• Answer client questions about itineraries, rates, and reservations in a polite, professional, timely, and friendly manner.
• Retain clients through follow-up emails, impeccable attention to detail, and providing unmatched customer service.
• Take charge, resolve conflict, and satisfy your customers.
• Use our CRM to manage your leads.
• Perform necessary administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in consultative selling.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Tech-savvy and can learn online systems for booking/reservations/managing customers/emails.
• Detail-oriented and have a knack for staying organized.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English; conversational Spanish is a plus.
• Minimum 1-2 years in a Sales role.
