Role Description
TeamDynamix is seeking a dedicated, driven Customer Account Executive to join our remote Customer Success team. In this role, you will own and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts with a strong emphasis on revenue expansion. You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, skillfully navigating complex customer needs, negotiating commercial outcomes, and consistently delivering value for both customers and the business.

Own and manage a book of existing customers, driving account expansion, and long-term growth.

Partner with customers to develop and execute win-win negotiation strategies that maximize contract value while strengthening trusted relationships.

Identify and map buying influencers, decision-makers, budgets, and purchasing criteria within assigned accounts.

Develop deep expertise in TeamDynamix’s products & licensing models, enabling confident guidance during commercial discussions.

Proactively engage customers to uncover needs for consulting, implementation, and professional services.

Collaborate closely with Solutions Engineers to lead discovery conversations, position solutions, and deliver product demonstrations for expansion opportunities.

Generate and qualify new opportunities within assigned accounts through proactive prospecting and strategic outreach.

Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene.
Qualifications

Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

3–5+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience with expansion or account management focus.

Highly preferred: Experience in ITSM, ESM, PPM, iPaaS, or related workflow technology markets.

Proven track record of driving expansion sales within existing enterprise accounts, particularly within public sector organizations.

Experience using Salesforce to manage pipeline, forecast revenue, and track customer engagement.

Excellent active listening, critical thinking, and objection-handling skills.

Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.

Team-oriented with a proven ability to collaborate across sales, solutions, and services teams.

Ability to travel multiple times per year.
