[Hiring] Country Sales Lead @Fuku

Role Description

We are partnering with a growing international manufacturer of technical adhesive tapes and engineered material solutions to hire a Country Sales Lead for India. This is a hands-on leadership role for a commercially driven hunter who can win new business, develop strategic accounts, and coach a growing sales team.

• Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth across India
• Develop and grow key industrial and manufacturing accounts
• Lead customer negotiations and close strategic opportunities
• Manage distributor relationships and channel development
• Coach and support a small sales team through field engagement and joint customer visits
• Deliver sustainable growth while maintaining healthy margins

Qualifications

• 5-15 years of B2B industrial sales experience
• Proven track record in new business development and account growth
• Experience managing a territory, region, or sales team
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and closing skills
• High-energy, entrepreneurial, and highly customer-facing
• Comfortable with 60-70% travel across India
