Role Description

This is a remote position.

This fully remote, commission-based freelance role offers maximum flexibility and uncapped earning capabilities. It is ideal for experienced telesales experts, appointment setters, or recruitment sales professionals seeking total autonomy over their working hours and outreach strategies.

Your primary focus is sourcing high-value commercial clients, conducting targeted multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn), and securing qualified prospective client meetings for our senior delivery team.

For candidates with prior recruitment agency experience who prefer managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle, we offer an expedited Set-and-Close pathway, allowing you to manage client relationships through to placement delivery at a substantially higher commission tier.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and target key decision-makers across UK businesses using approved datasets.
• Execute outreach campaigns via cold calling, email sequencing, and LinkedIn networking.
• Qualify inbound/outbound commercial leads and schedule discovery calls for the recruitment team.
• (Set & Close Pathway) Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to completed candidate placement.
• Maintain transparent record-keeping and pipeline status updates within our CRM platform.

Qualifications

• Proven background in cold calling, appointment setting, telesales, or B2B sales (recruitment sector exposure is a significant plus).
• Excellent telephone presence and articulate written communication skills.
• Driven, disciplined, and capable of managing a sales pipeline independently as a contractor.
• Based in the UK with a working knowledge of UK telemarketing regulations (CTPS, PECR) or a willingness to learn during onboarding.

• Uncapped performance commission structure with unlimited earning potential.
• Total freedom: set your own schedule, work remotely from anywhere in the UK, and deploy your preferred sales techniques.
• Comprehensive onboarding: CRM training and regulatory compliance briefings before launch.
• Lead data support: access to pre-cleared CTPS-checked contact lists, plus access to approved prospecting tools.
• Transparent operations: a formal written contractor agreement detailing commission percentages, payout terms, and working parameters from day one.

• This position is a self-employed, commission-only contract where compensation directly reflects performance.
• Realistic OTE for Appointment Setting Tier (30% Commission): ~£951 / month.
• Realistic OTE for Set-and-Close Tier (50% Commission): ~£1,586 / month.

• Securing higher-salaried positions, volume placements, or operating on the Set-and-Close track significantly increases take-home earnings.
