Role Description

As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will accelerate SentinelOne's growth across SMB accounts (up to 500 employees) in Germany, taking ownership of expanding our commercial footprint by:

• Identifying opportunities and driving new business.
• Consistently surpassing ambitious sales goals.
• Owning the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to closing.
• Building meaningful relationships with organizations.
• Collaborating with our channel ecosystem to maximize success across your territory.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and German.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and objection-handling skills.
• At least 1 year of direct sales experience at a software vendor.
• Proven record of closing net new logos and driving territory growth.
• Experience selling into commercial organizations.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles from initial qualification through to executive-level negotiations.
• Prior cybersecurity experience is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
