[Hiring] Commercial Construction Sales Manager @LB Contract Supply

Role Description

We are seeking a relationship-driven Commercial Construction Sales Manager to establish and expand LB Contract Supply's presence in your local market. This is a business development and sales position for someone who already understands commercial construction, has established relationships with general contractors, and knows how to turn opportunities into awarded projects.

• Leverage existing relationships with general contractors, developers, and construction decision-makers to generate new business.
• Develop and maintain relationships with project executives, estimators, purchasing managers, project managers, and owners.
• Identify and pursue commercial and multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through contract award.
• Position LB Contract Supply as a competitive supplier of commercial window coverings and specialty construction products.
• Negotiate project pricing, scope, and contract opportunities while protecting company profitability.
• Work with LB's internal estimating and operations teams to develop competitive proposals.
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified projects and opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to expand LB's product offerings and customer relationships within the territory.
• Represent LB at contractor meetings, industry events, and project discussions.
• Help establish the foundation for continued geographic expansion.

Qualifications

• Proven success in commercial construction sales, business development, or construction-related account management.
• Established relationships with general contractors and construction decision-makers in your local market.
• Experience selling construction materials, architectural finishes, specialty products, or subcontracted construction packages.
• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and secure awarded projects.
• Familiarity with commercial construction bidding, procurement, and project delivery.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and produce measurable sales results.
