[Hiring] Commercial Account Executive Leader @Softchoice

Role Description

The Commercial Account Executive Leader (CAEL) role is a great opportunity for our own Softchoice seasoned sales professionals to flex their leadership skills by taking on the responsibility and challenge of developing, leading, and mentoring Commercial Account Executives (CDAE & Levels 1 and 2 reps).

• Lead a team of up to 6 CAEs, responsible for a team quota along with individually supporting some strategic buying accounts.
• Drive Sales Revenue and Field Margin through managing a team of Commercial Account Executives.
• Focus on driving hardware, software, and services business into potential and existing customers.
• Build and manage a highly motivated sales team.

What you’ll do:

• Report into the District Sales Leader (DSL), leading CDAE, Level 1 and 2 CAEs.
• Achieve team Sales Targets by ensuring the majority of reps are performing over plan.
• Develop & execute against a strong daily/weekly/monthly management process.
• Coach by participating in customer engagement – face to face or teleconference.
• Create and implement business strategy to expand customer footprint, revenue & profit in the sales team territory.
• Drive sales activities that will generate Pipeline Opportunities.
• Tightly manage a 30, 60, and 90-day forecast.
• Analyze reports and KPI’s to identify business trends and rep performance concerns.
• Performance management of under-performers with guidance from your leader.
• Act as an escalation point to customers, both internal & external to constantly improve customer experience.
• Assist in designing sales territories, sales plans, and compensation plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience required within Softchoice.
• In-depth knowledge of both software licensing and hardware products business.
• Enthusiastic learner with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position in Canada is $80,520 to $100,650 annually + 45% as target incentives. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, education, and related certification. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
