[Hiring] Cold Caller @Platinum Public Adjusters

Role Description

Platinum Public Adjusters is a U.S. public adjusting firm that represents property owners during insurance claims. You will contact U.S. homeowners in storm-affected areas and set qualified appointments for our licensed adjusters. This is a high-volume phone position:

• Make high-volume outbound calls on our dialer using our call frameworks and rebuttal guides
• Handle objections and keep the conversation going past the first "no"
• Qualify homeowners and set appointments for licensed public adjusters
• Accurately disposition every call and keep wrap-up time low

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of outbound phone experience
• Experience in cold calling, telesales, appointment setting, phone lead generation, outbound collections, or high-volume B2C calling
• Retail sales, chat, email, and customer service without sales calling do NOT count
• Especially relevant: UK, US, or Australian outbound campaigns, or insurance, home services, solar, telecom, real estate, or collections
• Clear spoken English that is easily understood over the phone; confident, conversational delivery
• Strong objection handling and reliable attendance
• Reliable internet and backup power

Requirements

• 3+ years of regular outbound phone experience
• Experience in cold calling, telesales, appointment setting, phone lead generation, outbound collections, or high-volume B2C calling
• Retail sales, chat, email, and customer service without sales calling do NOT count

Benefits

• Calling base rate: $700 to $900 USD/month (roughly R11,500 to R15,000) based on experience
• Bonus for every qualified appointment
• Additional Bonus for every contract signed at the appointment
• NO CAP on Bonuses
• Rate increases for proven performance
• Paid in USD
