Role Description

As a Client Executive, you will own the overall client relationship, revenue performance, and growth strategy across a portfolio of enterprise accounts. Acting as the single point of accountability for OpenText within the account, you will:

• Engage C-suite executives.
• Align business priorities with OpenText solutions.
• Develop long-term strategies that maximize client value and business outcomes.
• Develop and execute multi-year account strategies that align OpenText solutions with client business objectives.
• Drive revenue growth, forecast accuracy, and long-term account expansion.
• Build trusted relationships with business and technology leaders.
• Understand organizational priorities and identify opportunities to expand OpenText's footprint across the enterprise.
• Orchestrate a cross-functional team of sales specialists, Client Success, Professional Services, and partners to deliver exceptional outcomes.
• Lead opportunity strategy, deal governance, and executive engagement.
• Oversee pipeline management, account reviews, commercial negotiations, and success planning.
• Help clients maximize the value of their OpenText investment while delivering consistent business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven success and 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, strategic account management, or complex solution selling.
• Experience building relationships with C-suite executives and senior business leaders.
• Strong track record managing large, complex accounts and multi-million-dollar opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed revenue targets and drive sustained account growth.
• Exceptional executive presence, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams within a matrixed organization.
• Completed post-secondary education and a passion for continuous learning.

Compensation

Salary Range: $150- $220K; Depending on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
