Role Description

Help Spanish-speaking families understand their options and make informed decisions. We are seeking motivated individuals to guide current and prospective clients through the selection of products and family benefits. This role combines personalized guidance, relationship building, and consultative sales. You will listen to clients’ needs, explain available products and services, and recommend suitable options. The position is primarily remote. Depending on your location and the team you join, a hybrid or in-person arrangement may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients through calls, emails, messages, and virtual meetings
• Identify their needs, present suitable products and services, and explain their benefits
• Answer questions and guide clients during purchasing or enrollment
• Follow up with interested individuals and maintain lasting client relationships
• Record activities in the CRM and work toward goals

Requirements

• Must reside in the United States
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and provide documentation verifying that authorization
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Fluent Spanish; English is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Comfortable recommending products and working toward sales goals
• Computer, reliable internet, and a suitable workspace
• Experience in customer-facing roles, sales, retail, hospitality, or administration is valued. CRM experience is a plus.
