Role Description

The position of Chemical Sales Representative is a dynamic and results-driven role responsible for maintaining and developing effective customer relationships while driving revenue growth and expanding market reach across the chemical sector. As a Chemical Sales Representative, you will collaborate with the sales team to manage and grow key accounts, implement sales strategies, and achieve sales targets by effectively selling our products or services. This role is a full-time, remote position with standard working hours. The Chemical Sales Representative will work in a home office with infrequent customer site visits or industry events.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer representatives that drive long-term business growth and customer loyalty.
• Process customer requests and issue quotes that align with sales strategy and customer needs.
• Own and track all opportunities in the company CRM system.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and logistics to execute sales.
• Meet or exceed sales targets.
• Represent the company’s values and service standards in every interaction.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of inside sales experience, chemical industry preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships and negotiate with customers.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Resilient, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for pipeline management and customer relationship management.
