[Hiring] Broker Relations Manager @Optiom

Role Description

Optiom is hiring a Broker Relations Manager to support our growing Ontario region. You will be a key presence with our broker partners:

• Developing relationships
• Delivering product training
• Driving growth through the channels that matter most

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• A proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with partners and stakeholders
• A strategic, solutions-focused mindset with creative thinking skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage your time and territory independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote, field-based environment
• Previous experience in customer service, insurance, or vehicle sales is considered an asset

Requirements

• Familiarity with the Ontario broker market
• Experience delivering product training in person or virtually
• Background in insurance, automotive finance, or specialty products
• Understanding of competitive landscape and market dynamics in Ontario
• Active General Level 1 Insurance License already in hand

Benefits

• Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 base salary
• Final compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications
