[Hiring] Bilingual Business Development Representative @STACK Construction Technologies

Role Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Bilingual (English/French) Inbound Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging and qualifying incoming leads, ensuring prospective customers are a good fit for STACK's solutions. You will play a crucial role in driving our sales pipeline by connecting with leads through phone calls, online chats, emails, and text messaging via our CRM systems. Your efforts will directly support our Account Executives in securing new customer demonstrations.

Your Most Important Initiatives

• Qualify incoming leads and determine their potential as STACK users.
• Engage with prospective customers through various channels including phone, online chat, email, and text messaging.
• Schedule product demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to provide a seamless experience for prospects.
• Continuously improve knowledge of STACK's products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value to leads.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French.
• Previous experience in sales, customer services, or similar role.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Comfortable working with technology and quickly adapts to new software.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to engage and build relationships with potential customers.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
