Role Description

You will help clients review coverage needs and learn about insurance products that can support their financial security.

• Working with warm client leads
• Scheduling virtual consultations
• Learning about clients’ goals and coverage needs
• Explaining available life, supplemental health, and accident insurance
• Supporting clients with professional follow-up
• Building strong client relationships over time

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong listening and relationship-building ability
• Detail-oriented and organized work style
• Proactive approach to solving problems
• Comfortable learning digital tools
• Ability to work independently while remaining engaged with the team

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
