Role Description

The Banking Solutions Consultant (Sales Engineer) will support our core, digital banking, and cards solutions portfolio. This role bridges the gap between technology and business, partnering with sales, product, and client teams to deliver tailored solutions that address the evolving needs of financial institutions. Will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through discovery, design solutions, demonstrations, and technical validation to ensure successful adoption of our banking platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field; Master's Degree preferred.
• 5 or more years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or Pre-Sales Specialist in banking technology — preferably in fintech, core banking, or digital banking.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal, communication, presentation, and story-telling skills.
• Strong knowledge of core banking platforms, digital banking solutions, payments, and API-driven ecosystems.
• Ability to bridge technical and business conversations, tailoring messages to both executives and IT stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with banking regulations, security standards, and digital transformation trends.
• Proficient with Google Workspace or related software.
