• Assist businesses with general inquiries, product support, and troubleshooting via phone, e-mail, and chat
• Only B2B (business to business) communication
• Deliver outstanding client service
• Achieve great customer experience and satisfaction
• Identify and understand user needs

Qualifications

• Fluency in German (spoken and written)
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and consultative selling abilities
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with business clients
• Comfortable working with computers, CRM systems, and multiple software applications
• Customer-focused mindset with strong organizational skills
• Previous experience in B2B customer support, account management, sales, consulting, or customer success is an advantage but not required
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria if currently living abroad
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Bulgaria
