As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential business clients in the UK. Your main focus will be identifying opportunities and booking qualified appointments for the senior sales team. You’ll play a key role in generating new business by engaging decision-makers and creating interest in utility-saving solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to UK-based businesses
• Introduce the company’s energy and water-saving services
• Speak with business owners and key decision-makers
• Qualify leads and identify potential opportunities
• Schedule appointments for the sales consultants
• Maintain accurate notes and updates on the CRM system
• Meet daily and weekly performance targets
• Deliver professional and compliant customer interactions at all times

Qualifications
